Your Role:

As a Sales Representative at SLY for the US market, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships across the region. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that align with our mission to protect the environment.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads within the European market, focusing on industries aligned with SLY’s goals.
  • Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to showcase SLY’s products and services.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and closing sales deals, ensuring alignment with both customer expectations and SLY’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and support sales campaigns.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales tactics.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to the sales management team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role, preferably within the tech or environmental sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Italian) is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the US as needed to meet with clients and attend events.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in B2B sales or customer acquisition, particularly in the technology or environmental sectors.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Basic understanding of the European market landscape and regulatory considerations.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
